I've seen this a few times in solo surviving, and when I do it sometimes I can get teammates to understand.
There is no team chat on console or text chat.
Every few seconds:
1 hand wave (Yes)
2 hand waves (No)
This drastically helps communicate if a teammate should come get you now or later, or even if the killer is watching nearby. Good luck out there survivors.
