Recording for reporting

Hey guys in the fog out there :)
We all know that the developers want to have some evidence if we want to report someone if the person was cheating and else. But we also know that not everyone is recording every single game with OBS Studio or some other recording program. Some people don't even have a recording program. To make sure for us gamers to give the developers the evidence they want there should be kind of an ingame recorder. Or there should be records of the matches anyway which are saved autmatically (for the developers only of course) so they can watch the records when it's needed.
I mean why do we gamers have to take responsibilty of faults that others make? There is no reason for that. We just want to play and have fun. But with cheaters/hackers and developers who only do something with video evidence though many people sometimes report one and the same person for cheating/hacking it isn't fun at all. This is not a pretty good job so far. Many hackers/cheaters still can avoid the EAC, so we need some other possibilities to prevent them making our gaming life a hell.
