A Question about Mettle of Man perk

It basically gets a token for an 'basic' attack, but it doens't count the following:

-Nurse: attack after blink

-Legion: Feral Frenzy attack

-Pig: Ambush attack

-Spirit: After phasing attack

Shouldn't these attacks count the token in the next patch?
