Wow, it was worse than I anticipated, I was expecting at best a killer that could get a free hit(s) and then begin the real chase, those pin buffs looked promising at first but instead we got a dogshit, unfun, unsatisfying killer that makes Freddy look competitive. Where do I even begin, cooldown is broken it resets all the way to 0 and it takes a ######### eternity to be able to use it again, pins are counter intuitive as you should not be hitting survivors twice, I coulda swore this is what you were trying to fix. Vault speed is absolutely pathetic, may as well break the ######### and move on (kinda like everyone will to other killers), the power ending is beyond painful, can't see ######### and it lasts longer than Nurse's cooldown. Your power lasts a long time too bad dead hard means you just wasted anywhere from 34 seconds to 24 (time spent in power+cooldown+recharge to try again). And why on Earth would you increase his terror radius, his whole purpose is to hit multiple people, nobody is stupid enough to sit together on a gen in terror radius and especially not when they find out it's Legion. You better actually balance this killer before you put this disgrace on the live server.

Yeah PTB legion isn't great but there is definetly some good ideas tho i can't lie about it, but there's also very questionnable ones that makes me wonder if they ever played the killer in the first place.

After removing their exploits, they should have implemented more buffs. Being 115 doesn't automatically make you a good killer.

I've played a bit in the PTB and I've seen Legions who had tough times because they were so used to how Legion used to be, and Legions who actually got 4k's and played very well. Legion isn't top tier but 4k's are definetly still possible if you only practice enough with this killer.

I don't hate balance in the least. If Legion was balanced I'd have nothing to say as I want him to be balanced. I wanted Legion to have counterplay and I agreed that running straight and scatter shouldn't be your only current options. Though after hours and hours on the ptb going through all the builds I had perks and addons for he just isn't there yet. Some good things came out of this. Being a 115ms killer just feels better once you get used to it. The buttons being debuffs is a nice idea, but with the way Deep Wounds is handled they don't work. You should not frenzy attack the same target twice as it actively wastes your time and burns out all your power.

The reality is that if you play Legion like Trapper you get roughly the same results. They've got all the pros and cons when you set aside powers. That is ok in a sense. When you start looking at Legion with the power included you've got more cons than pros. Every good thing is cancelled out evenly or just made worse. You get faster, but the speed is hardcapped and slower than before. You have longer duration though so they just even out. You still have deep wounds, but it doesn't count down in TR and can't be removed forcibly on top of not being able to see it tick down. Your TR is bigger though. These fix an exploitable scenario, but also completely takes most of the incentive out of using deep wounds. It has lost threat and pressure potential as mending is now just easier to do. Killer Instinct is now apparently working with its own range counter behind the scenes and can be affected by addons, but you could just as easily run TR enhancing perks and get better value. Also that is Legion's only tracking in frenzy which really drops his powered chase potential in places where you need to rely on visual information.

There is some good in this, but also a ton of bad.
