But I can write only poor English,so plz revise my English.

If you are level 50,you always find 1 very rare perk.but other park is rare or uncommon.There is no chance to find 2 very rare perks at once.

An exception,there is no very rare park of candidate,you find 1 rare perk,other park is rare or uncommon.


For example,once you get ruin tier1,and there is no other very rare park of candidate, you can find ruin tier2 in next blood web.Because it is very rare park,and you always find 1 very rare perk.You can find ruin tier3 next blood web.Yes,it is very rare park.
