Losing rank for no reason

I don't know if this happen just recently, but it happened to me yesterday and today:

I have 2 accounts which I play and the thing is that yesterday I rank up from 9 to 6, but today when I get online I was back to 9 and all the progress was gone. Then, today I ranked my principal account from 3 to 2 and left for a break, but now I'm back to 3. I thought it was because I closed the game abruptly, so I got sure to do it properly from the main menu and the mark of loading wasn't there and this still happen.

I know is a bug or something, I just want to know if there is a way to get back all my progress.

    same problem i play in 1 account in two different pc and ever i lost my rank and ever stay in rank 13 2 pips

    I’ve also been losing what seems like 2 pips whenever I sign back into the game after logging off

    I would love to be in rank 20 again.
