I thought up a possible solution for camping killers:

if the killer, after having hooked a survivor, stays within a radius of 15 metres from the hook for more than 10 seconds, the Health Bar of the hooked survivor will stop decreasing. If the Killer is carrying a Survivor, the Health Bar of the hooked survivor will not stop decreasing. If the Killer is in a chase, the Health Bar of the hooked survivor will decrease slower after 20 seconds if the killer stays within a radius of 15 metres from the hook (all figures must be evaluated)

    One of the first test builds included mechanisms to stop sacrifice timers when the kikler is close to the hook.

    Survivors abused it and developers agreed to test another such idea.
