Perk randomiser

As simple as that, i would like some kind of "perk randomiser" that instantly makes all your perks random, i dont think that programming some kind of roulette isnt that hard is it?

@Theluckyboi No need to when there are quite a few randomizer web pages that give you a random mix anyway

@MineAntoiya But you have to do it manually and if you lack the perks you will need to have some good luck on them randomisers

No, this would be quite simple to add and a great QoL for players who want to mix it up. The random perk websites are fine but can't account for the perks you don't have on certain characters! +1
