Have you ever met a chill or fun player?
I’ve been hearing about a lot of toxic players lately and I’ve been wondering if any of y’all met some sort of person that didn’t give a crap or just messed around (killer or a survivor).
Like yesterday I versed against a huntress with the one shot add on with the quick wind up add on ad to be honest... I thought was actually kind of funny (believe it or not). It was just like “Bye Felicia” with a follow up of a scream in the distance. Even know we lost and I lost my really good purple med kit, the killer messaged me saying sorry and I told him I was fine with it.
Also I met two trappers that messed around most of the time yesterday which was fun.

Yes, a pig got looped for 3 generators and hooked me and my friend, I got unhooked to see her up the stairs just staring at us, so we pretty much farmed

I had some great laughs yesterday with a newly added friend. Playing SWF, no comms, got massacred every game, still made no big deal out of it. These are the people I like playing with: no crying about "crutch perks", "toxicity", "CAMPER F*GG*T NOOB TUNNELER" and so on... Just having fun and taking a loss without going ape every time.
This is not to say you shouldn't do your hardest to win. You should, game's not fun otherwise. But after the game, take a deep [GOOD_WORD] breath, before you'd start spewing bile. Learn to appreciate memes too and give some love to that Leatherface jealously guarding you throughout a whole game. Especially as survivor: yeah, you'll get killed every once in a while. I keep telling you, that's what survivors are for.

Numerous times, there are lots of chill players out there but i suppose it can depend on how you play and react to situations.
Any side acts toxic and it breeds more.

Yes I do. It is not so uncommon even when you play killer. If I played killer I let them go, even 2 people.

I only play this game chill. I don't care about pips or rank. I know it's the only mode they decided to have in the game, but I walked away from playing competitively for rank in video games back in 2018. I don't plan to ever play that way again. At 46 years old, I'm just too old to stress myself out over a video game. It makes no sense to me.
Typically as a killer, I just want my three or four stacks of BBQ for the bloodpoint bonus. After those first hooks, I don't really care anymore. I just try to chase, hit, and maybe hook so the survivors can get some emblem points and BP as well.

Any player that throws a pebble at me as a last line of defense. Those are hilarious.

I had always heard about killers "giving me the hatch" but had never experienced it until about a week ago.
I was going for adept jeff, and this trapper just picked us off 1 by 1. I was the last survivor alive (because im rank 17 so of course i am), sneaking around like an idiot looking for the hatch. Trapper one shots me, picks my ass up and just walks over to the hatch and drops me. What a guy.
I paid it forward yesterday as hag. Just ran around aimlessly holding last survivor in the match. But instead of looking for the hatch, i just spun around doing a 360. Maybe they puked. Idk. 10 seconds later they found the hatch. Fun

I got against some funny Survivors whenever we BPS farm, which I usually do since we all benefit from it, I hooked all of them once with Legion with BBQ and one Claudette didn't want to farm so the 3 others body blocked her at gate so I could kill her for not participating.

I usually play fool when someone throws a pebble when I can see them or when they enter lockers at full speed and pretend to be hidden
I am almost always chill when I play killer and let everyone go, unless I get some toxic DB

Most of my SWF friends are Survivors I killed, but didn't throw hate after the game.
A lot of the time I will offer tips to survivors if I notice they make the same mistake over and over. Most of the time this is met with ass-holes Sometimes I get a new friend.
You just got to understand that peoples pride can be sore after a game.

Yes.
It was me.

Aside from myself as survivor (I'm a chill survivor and pretty serious killer. Except Billy, who I'm messing around with because I'm trash as him), I've came across a lot of chill players.
Once there was a Billy, back in patch 1.6, I looped him hard, and he couldn't catch me, so we just farmed because he was sad .
As killer, I was Mike on Haddonfield and they were popping gens so quick (one year ago, andnthe average speed of gens now was like completely off the scale fast back then). So a G-Dette and a Meg farmed with me because I stood in the middle slapping a van over and over again.

You mean "sharing loving stares with the bae" time? Yeah I've had this both with a mikey and an insidious trapper lately, so cute they want to spend half the match with me. ❤️

I met plenty of people like this, and they are the reason I just ignore the toxicity because there are good souls out there.

@Poweas I REMEMBER THIS GEN SPEED, I remember just starting a match as a mikey and had a friend playing survivor in the match (we actually like to test ability against each other, no holding back) and literally 3 gens went off in the first 30s... I'm not even kidding, green toolbox plus old brand new part, plus a 3 man SWF was terrifying back then.
