It's also another case of this will be of no consequence to swf but will massively screw over solo players, Something we need less of not more.

Wouldn't this just send Legion back to square one, whereby he can just tunnel someone until they enter this stage and then finish them with a frenzy?

How exactly would they do that?
Countdown would activate after person would be done with mending. Then they have 1 minute to heal.
