OC Chapter: Crowning the Shroud

New Killer: The Queen
Real Name: Emiliya Lemaître
Nationality: French/European
Difficulty: Hard
The Queen is Able to take control of large areas and cover lots of ground with her ability, “Checkmate”. She is part of Chapter X: Crowning the Shroud.
Her personal perks, Shut Down, Shifted Focus and Regal Rights, assist her when dealing with crowd control and separate survivors from one another, which leaves them vulnerable.
Checkmate:
When this ability is activated, 2 “Knights” will be sent out.
You control the Knights, one with “WASD” and “up down left right” (both thumb sticks for console players).
You are prevented from moving whilst using your ability.
The Knights can automatically attack when they are close enough to survivors.
If a Knight hits a Survivor, it is obliterated.
If the duration runs out, both Knights are destroyed.
The Knights will move tremendously fast.
Both Knights vault at medium vault speed, however they cannot break or be stunned by pallets.
If the Ability is double tapped, you will automatically be allowed to move and the Knight will hone in on a Survivor if you are in a chase. If the Knights fail to hit the Survivor during the ability, the ability cooldown is much longer and The Queen will receive a brief Fatigue period. The Knights will move at 120% movement speed of this is done.
Checkmate can end up putting Survivors in the Injured and Dying State.
If you so choose, you have an option to kill survivors with a special Mori animation if you activate the ability and select “Kill”, instead of the Queen Mori.
Shut Down:
You are an unstoppable force.
If a Survivor has recently healed/been healed by another survivor, they will experience the Exposed Status effect for 20/30/40 seconds.
“Anguish is her Venom”
Shifted Focus:
Each time you hit a Survivor, all other Survivor Auras within 32 metres are revealed to you for 3/4/5 seconds.
“Keep your distance. She will find you.”
Regal Rights:
Your Presence is Overwhelming.
When survivors are within 16 metres of you, they will receive a Hindered status effect 4 seconds. This perk has a 60/50/40 second cooldown.
New Survivor: Cathy Payton
Nationality: Caucasian American
Difficulty: Intermediate
Cathy Payton, a creative author, able to assist, aid and conceal her teammates whilst distracting the killer herself. She is part of Chapter X: Crowning the Shroud.
Her personal perks, Spark of Creation, Thoughtfulness and The Next Chapter, grant her teammates powerful buffs for as long as she is alive.
Level 30: Spark of Creation:
The idea of a new story is empowered by your current fellow survivors.
If you have not been injured in the trial, your teammates auras are concealed from the killer for a maximum range 32/64/Unlimited metres.
Instead, for as long as a teammates’ aura is supposed to be shown, they are concealed, and your aura is revealed in place.
Once you have been injured, your teammates’ auras are concealed for a maximum range of 8/16/32 metres.
Level 35: Thoughtfulness
When you receive points for being reunited with other survivors, or you successfully perform altruistic actions, you and the other survivors within 8 metres will receive a 12% speed increase for 10 seconds.
This perk has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds.
Level 40: The Next Chapter
When you are in a chase, every 30 seconds, you will receive a token.
Once you have escaped, been sacrificed or killed, all other survivor vaults will be fast vaults and completely silent for a chance of:
1 token: 8/9/10%
2 tokens: 16/18/20%
3 tokens: 24/27/30%
4 tokens: 32/36/40%
5 tokens: 40/45/50%
6 tokens: 48/54/60%
7 tokens: 56/63/70%
8 tokens: 64/72/80%
9 tokens: 72/81/90%
10 tokens: 80/90/100%
If you are sacrificed or killed, these odds will automatically become 10/20/30% chance.
New Map: The Shattered Chateau – Lemaître Estate:
This map is what is left of The Queen’s old home, the Murder House. The three story building has multiple high vaults to jump out of, as well as a neighbouring house beside it, and a small entrance to a forest, closed off by the shadowy whips of the Entity.
