Head On needs to be buffed.

Give Head On a range indicator while in the locker and increase the stun time to 5 seconds and it will be perfect. Or, instead of increasing the stun, make it so that the Killer gets stunned while you're jumping out of the locker and not when the animation ends.

    The 3 seconds activation time is also too much. 1 second would be enough. Also it needs to be possible to activate it while the killer is in its own locker animation.

    Or make it a cooldown perk instead of an exhaustion perk. What you suggested would be great for it, but the perk as it is now is not good enough or consistent enough to be an exhaustion perk. Another thing could be to remove the 3 second prerequisite while keeping it as an exhaustion perk, it'd at least make it worth being an exhaustion perk.

    The 3 second activation is so it can't be used in chases. The perks idea is so if you are working on a gen and the killer approaches, you hide in a locker but the killer stays to check the lockers and you can have a chance at running away.

    The only flaws I see with the perk are that you can be hit during the animation since the stun only happens after you fully exit the locker. The other thing is that it's not easy to time the stun since the area is so small so it would be a nice QoL change that the perk would show the stun area.
