Some kind of Gothic Horror inspired Killer

Not someone who was a being from mythology or folklore in life but more of a character that has powers similar to something from gothic fiction. For example, perhaps a vampire type killer that can drain downed survivors to gain a stacking buff that wears off as they become more blood-starved or maybe a lycanthrope killer that specializes in tracking and catching up to injured survivors. Not really much of a concept but more of a suggestion for future killers.
