Idea for a new Freddy add-on

I know Freddy is having a serious rework and his add-ons will probably as well, but I wanna ask if it'd be healthy for the game.
The add-on:
- Anesthetic Syringe (or around those lines) - a syringe filled with a strange substance that can keep everyone asleep for hours.
- Failed healing skill checks don't wake Survivors up.
I think it'd deserve an Ultra-rare rarity, replacing the Black Box that's completely useless. Literally nobody uses it. This idea originally came to prevent self-care wake ups during chases and could come to Survivors as a surprise
