Those cosmetics were exclusive for events before the Hollowed Blight. This is also when the formula for events was just adding special generators or hooks, meaning that the cosmetics were not available in the store, and they won't likely ever be in the store.

Send a ticket to the support. Losing event items also happened to some players a couple of weeks ago.

Hmm im not sure about that one just hit 100% dc ratio on survivors (death animation are bae along side with farming killers)
And back in the days I lost the whole progress ~2k hrs? +sweetsweet legacy - received 40kk bloodback :(
Had to "copy" my ptb save into the cloud, losing 1-2 weeks instead of 2 years
Getting something you grind and you lose it *because you can, makes you an cheater in bhvr policy and thats pretty great poop, so not gonna happend :(
Gonna find my way again if that didnt work and I lose my whole progress (again) ill send a ticket
