If EULA's were actually legally binding, you could throw in stuff like "After purchase, you agree to sign over your house, car, etc. as permanent ownership to Behavior." and since literally maybe 1% of people actually read them, you could be making a killing.
Personally, I'd love to see this. Make it happen.
