Heal when vs. Legion or no?

Now that Legion has been updated, should survivors still refrain from healing to full health when vs. them? That was the commonly accepted survivor strategy before this patch, has this changed? Why or why not?

Good survs barely heal against any killer nowadays so i doubt this will change against Legion.
Most surv uses Adren to heal now.

Take adrenaline and you don't need to worry about healing anymore.

What's the point? Deep Wound is even more nonthreatening than before. Although, the increase in base movement speed does give Legion more threat in a chase so healing up isn't thaaaat bad of a move.
