Kills should be a part of normal gameplay alongside sacrifices.

Title. They're locked behind items that are generally crappy to play against, since they often promote tunneling for easy kills, quick ends to a game, starvation of points for both sides, and no risk if used through items. It's always seemed like a huge waste to have them put behind the Mori items, or behind Devour Hope's 5 tokens (which is justified as a high risk path, but also a very rare occurrence--also Rancor lol).

We should have them as an alternative to the final hook, as the animations ARE longer than a sacrifice if they're close to a hook. This alleviates any risk of a last second save, and also occupies the killer regardless. So, more often we get to see the more involved deaths of survivors in relation to the specific killer, and there could still be another drawback attached, such as lower points due to the context of denying the entity the sacrifice.

Right now, I dislike playing against, and using, Mori offerings, though I'm not opposed to Devour Hope or Rancor as they are.

    Cypress mori should be default.

I disagree with using them as an alternative to the third hook. That robs 3 chances at saves for something simply cosmetic. There is no skill involved in a mori and it does not deserve precedence over a flashlight save or coordinated bodyblock.

You would still have the opportunities to save in prior hooks, and this doesn't include the potential of multiple saves in the cases where the initial survivor never made it to the hook.

They should have a for fun mode or event for a limited time that boosts up the number of survivors to maybe 8 or 10 and just allows the killer to mori on first down. Aura perks are disabled, Doctors madness does not work until they are shocked once, etc. Maybe even remove a lot of pallets. Certain perks would not work or maybe even just do it perk less.

Obviously a lot more thought would have to be put into this but it sounds like a fun idea and a chance for killers to feel like killers and survivors to actually feel in danger if they are spotted. Survivors would have the numbers but each individual would be far more vulnerable.
