New Killer: The Goatman
Killer: The Goatman
Backstory: No one can really seem to agree on where The Goatman came from. Some believe he is a freak mutant, the result of experimentation on goats gone horribly wrong. Some claim he has hypnotic powers and lures people to their death. Others claim he was a circus freak, and is out for revenge on those who abused him. Some claim he lives in the woods as a hermit. Yet others believe he mysteriously appeared near a lake, where he currently resides. With all this debate on his origins, most people can agree that he wields an axe, and he is dangerous and deadly.
Ability: Mad Dash
The Goatman enters a running state, starting at 120% movement speed and gradually increases capping off at 150% movement speed. In this state, the goatman can not vault windows, damage generators or manually break palettes. After 6 seconds, the goatman can no longer manually attack, but running into survivors will injure them, and running into palettes will break them. After an additional 6 seconds, the goatman is able to put survivors directly into the dying state by running into them. This state is ended if the goatman runs into a wall, lands a successful hit or manually ends mad dash. After Mad Dash is ended, the goatman is staggered based on time spent in Mad Dash with a minimum stagger time of 2 seconds, and a maximum stagger time of 5 seconds.
Passive Ability: Cryptid Dash
After Entering a players FOV, you gain a 15% haste effect for five seconds. This has a 5 second cooldown. This ability can not activate while in a chase or while in Mad Dash.
Perks:
Overzealous: Others should know what their limits are. Every Time a Generator is completed, survivor repair speed is reduced by 25%/25%/50% for 30/60/90 seconds.
Animalistic Instinct:You excel at tracking down your prey. After a survivor exits your FOV, you keep bloodlust for 2/3/5 seconds longer than normal. You no longer lose bloodlust after hitting a palette or getting hit by a palette.
Uncertain Origin: No one can can agree on your origins, so no one is sure what to expect. Once per chase, when you hit a survivor, you inflict them with 1/1/2 random status effects. Survivors can only have up to two status effects at a time.
Tier 1 Effects: Mangled (60 seconds), Blindness (60 seconds), Hemorrhage (60 seconds)
Tier 2 Effects:Exhausted (60 seconds), Hindered (10 seconds)
Tier 3 Effects: Broken (60 seconds), Deafened (10 seconds)
(Leveling up this perk grants access to new effects on top of the perks from the tier below it)
