Instant Activate Items Need ToolTips

Both the medikits Add-ons that instantly heal a state nowhere in their text does it say press space during healing to instantly heal and there is no tooltip on the hud saying to do so. If you want new players to enjoy your game make all information about your game available in it. If I was new and lost this item because I couldn't figure out how to use it IE: its not the normal secondary action like most items are I'd probably quit.
