Killers don't get this option when they lose and have to chase survivors out why should survivors?

Why? It's 2 minutes, or if downed, 3. And, as others in other threads pointed out, it will soon become less common, as people will have enough if the beautiful spectacle of EGC sacrifice.

I mean.. survivors can already do that, it's called not struggling in the struggle phase on the hook. The only reason for me to stay in the game when being camped to death, is so my teammates can get any remaining gens done or have time to look for the hatch.

Because hostages are totally uncommon in "Psycho.- or Serialkiller Movies"!
