If Dark Sense won't trigger from the killer closing the hatch because of how the perk is worded/works ("when the last generator is powered"), can No One Escapes Death be changed to work the same way?

If they make all the survivors perks work the same way yes sure it will be fine.

I mean it COULD be but it's not and there isn't really much reason to.
Don't forget that keys are a thing and thus EGC through the hatch does not ALWAYS mean it's only 1 survivor.
