Some Legion Add-on reworks

So overall, I think Legion is actually in a good place now in both tier lists and health of the game. However, there are a couple problem add-ons that I would like to get reworked because of being outdated or ineffective. The ones I will be discussing is Stab Wounds Study, Frank's Mixtape, the Killer Instinct add ons, the cooldown add ons, and the buttons.

Frank's Mixtape: After successfully putting a survivor into Deep Wounds, one miss is granted at no cost of the gauge. Effect cannot occur within the same Frenzy.

Stab Wounds Study-Survivors put into Deep Wounds receive a slight generator repair debuff (10%) for 60 seconds after mending. While in Deep Wounds, generators cannot be repaired.

Killer Instinct add-ons. I'm unaware if other rarity add-ons work like the Iridescent button where the terror radius is map wide, though if they do, here is the proposed change: Keep Legion's terror radius 32 meters when using the lower rarity add ons. Iridescent Button is to remain the same.

Buttons. I'm unaware if they apply after hitting a survivor in Feral Frenzy twice or if they apply on first hit. Here is how they believe they should work regardless: Healing related button add-ons apply after mending. Survivor only needs to be stabbed once while in Feral Frenzy to take effect.

Cool Down add-ons-Cold Dirt (purple) decreases cooldown by one second. Joey's Mixtape (green) decreases cooldown by .7 seconds. Julie's Mixtape (yellow) decreases cooldown by .4 seconds. Cooldown add-ons do not stack. Julie's Mixtape could also be reworked to reduce the VFX while in Cool Down.

Reasoning:

I believe that add ons like Stab Wounds Study and Frank's Mixtape are outdated and cannot be used to actually make an impact on the match given that they have such heavy drawbacks (losing all of Feral Frenzy on attacks) or don't hold an actual threat due to fixing exploits (Deep Wound doesn't go down in terror radius and survivors can still mend after they reach 0% of time). So changing their purpose was necessary.

My version of Frank's Mixtape only works after already succeeding with one hit and alleviates the pressure of having to be always accurate. Stab Wound's Study allows the Legion to pressure generators should they be preoccupied in a chase and is limited to 60 seconds to prevent overwhelming the survivor with debuffs from Thanatophobia. Stopping generator progress while in Deep wounds also allows the Legion to prevent a generator from being completed at 95% unlike many other killers.

As for the Killer Instinct add-ons, they can be easily countered. Assuming that they increase the Legion's Terror Radius as well, these add-ons give too much of an early warning to survivors to run away. With Legion's decreased movement speed, survivors will easily be able to make enough distance to prevent getting put into Deep Wounds. Only the Iridescent Button should have this drawback due to it's ability to break pallets while vaulting.

The button add-ons were just changes I would like to see in order to make them work properly. I believe that the Blindness add ons should work as soon as Deep Wound is applied though due to fact that it prevents knowledge, not prevent healing like the Legion pin and Defaced Smiley pin.

The Cooldown add-ons were a bit demanding though. In order to get some actual use out of them, you have to use them in tandem, eliminating the ability have a varied playstyle all throughout the trial. By buffing the numbers and not making them stack, you can have varied playstyles with a different add-on and make the lower tier cooldown add-ons worth it. Right now, Cold Dirt reduces the cooldown by .6 seconds, which is kind of okay, but not as a purple add-on. Joey's Mixtape only reduces the cooldown by .4 seconds though, making it a cheap joke that you throw on only when you're using Cold Dirt as well. Julie's Mixtape only reduces the timer by .2 seconds though, which is abysmally short and holds no purpose over the other add-ons.

So those are my thoughts. What's your opinion on these proposed changes?

The Buttons,Stab Wounds study and CD add-ons sound like a good idea.

I feel your Frank's wouldn't be considered a Very Rare add-on... (and it isn't now so).
