TIME OUT FOR DCers

We should time out those DCers (who press the exit button on purpose) when the game has started.
This is my suggestion:
First time DC: 5 minutes.
Second time DC: 10 minutes.
...
Overall, n time DC: 5*(n-2)^2 + 10*(n-1) minutes.
Daily time-out stack resets at the end of the day.
