Rude Shrine of Secrets Fix

Aftercare was a "new" perk and awards more BP per shard, could you not have put another "new" perk in its place, instead of "old" Dying Light...?

For Clarification:

"Standard" Perks cost 2,000 shards for a 150,000 Blood Point return.

150,000/2,000 = 75 blood point : 1 shard ratio

"New" Perks cost 2,700 shards for a 250,000 Blood Point return.

250,000/2,700 = 92.6 blood point : 1 shard ratio

Conclusion: If you do buy perks for blood points with shards, buy the newer ones.

You robbed my ability to do so, due to.... what exactly?

They just re-rolled the survivor perks in the bloodweb. Dying Light was on the bloodweb before they updated it because of a bug, so they kept the killer perks and swapped the survivor perks out, it's really not that big of a deal

Both of them were in the "twelve o' clock" position, regardless it still sucks. I mean, I always jump on the chance to buy the new perks for blood points because its much more of a deal. I know others that do the same. It's meant to reward players who already have the new perks. But i get robbed of that luxury this week due to... spaghetti code? they never really said what caused the problem or why it was happening.

It is unfortunate, but there was a bug that prevented them from being purchased. We could not fix that bug without a game update, so we were left with two options.

    1) Leave it be, having only two perks be purchasable on the shrine and have it confuse people.

    2) Reroll those ones so there's at least something available.

We felt that rerolling them would be the better option. I could check with the team to see if we could possibly put those perks back in once they're fixed, but I can't make any promises.

Woulda been cool if they re-rolled the perk between the 8-12ish "new" survivor perks, it rolled naturally as a "new" perk (aftercare), which is naturally, much more unlikely than an "old" perk. I just want my BP's from buying it. The possibility for those to get Ashe's perks due to the bug would have been cool. If re-rolling a shrine perk to be strictly "new", is impossible, just re-roll aftercare until a new perk is in its place.

I know it sounds like im knit-picking, but i was trying to buy aftercare after every game yesterday lol, for the efficiency reasons stated above of course and the rarity of their appearance on the shrine.

Its like playing DnD, rolling a nat 20, but its on the floor so it don't count, reroll! lol

New perks are much more rare on the shrine than old perks, so the fact that a new perk was re-rolled into a old perk due to a bug is... unfortunate

Would have been cool if the replacement perk for Aftercare, was also, a new perk.

Imagine if it was BBQ, Ruin, or Mettle of Man on the shrine and this bug was in effect, "lol sorry, time to re-roll!'

    Imagine the outrage lmao
