What exactly happens after the endgame collapse has ended (after all survivors have been sacrificed or they escaped the match) Does the realm start to decay for an example the killer shack gets torn up by the entity and everything else we see on the match grounds or the buildings stay in place or do they get re-created?

    Pretty sure they get re-created every time a new Trial starts. That would also explain the different locations of gens, pallets, chests ecc... every time a new Trial begins, even if it's the same exact map. Not sure if devs said something about this tho.
