Calm Spirit OR Iron Will VS Plauge
I feel like its hard to hide from the plauge if you're broken/ vomiting without a way to counter the noise at all? The plauge can hear you vomiting, and there's no noise suppression.
Since the plauge's ability causes the broken status, maybe iron will could counter the noise? If nothing else Calm spirit should work since it counters screaming against the docs shock attacks. Anyone agree?

Just run no mither... plague won't use her vomit on you, so you won't have any problem with vomiting.

Never said it did. Iron Will is just in general vastly superior to Calm Spirit. It will be more useful against Plague than Calm Spirit would.

Iron Will is already a really powerful perk and it not working against Plague really isn't a reason to not use it. Buffing Iron Will to work against vomiting further gives reason for people to not cleanse at fountains which people already don't.

I ran calm spirit when plague came out and everyone played her, it stops you from throwing up and making a bunch of noise
