Have the devs ever spoken about a chance of making console compatible with keyboard and mouse?

I think it was mentioned at some point, though whether or not they follow up on this is unknown. Currently, some games see using Keyboard and Mouse on consoles as bannable for having an advantage in some games over others, but with Microsoft going easier on this rule and allowing it for some games, the possibility of it happening for DbD is there, it just might take the devs a hot second to actually implement it and make sure they have the 'OK' to do so.

There are apparatuses that allow you to use keyboard and mouse on PS4. A dude of mine uses one. It's like a converter that changes the commands into a useable format for keyboard and mouse. Even Sony sells these XD

I hope they give the thumbs up I want to try out keyboard and mouse but my pc might as well be a toaster
