When killer hits you, for x seconds you see other survivors seems the killer when they're running or walking. Imagine a survivor running towards you to heal you and you think he's the killer.

    They should add that paranoid status effect for a killer

    Isnt this just FF (kinda) effect? You hit someone you see the general direction of survs?
