@Ihatelife that would be my guess to, and survivors experience the same downsides that they currently do while in the Dream State. However, I have a feeling that the tracking might have be taken away, as it could make him too powerful when combined with hitting those who are not in the Dream State. They would also have go take into account the EGC changes, which is where Freddy was both the weakest, and most powerful (perks). The perks were nerfed, but what about the Dream State itself?
