Possible Leak for Freddy???
If any of you watched the three year anniversary trailer you can see that in a short segment where they are playing as freddy you can see he has a power bar meter like legion or spirit
I wonder what his new power will be?
Also right after that another one appeared with meg being picked up by freddy but it didn´t look like she was in dream world?
Edit: I was thinking that maybe freddy can travel in and out of dream world and when he pulls someone into dream world he is stronger against the survivor who he pulled in at the cost of him not being able to hit anyone else except for the person he pulled in
Also when he travels back into the real world he cant hit anyone in dream world
But im just speculating

You can cause that last scenario with current freddy.
Fail a skillcheck on a downed survivor then freddy can pick up the awake dying state survivor. Unless she could see him?

I would call it more of a tease.... since no real info can be gained from what was shown. We can only speculate what it does.

Leaks happen, when something unintentional escapes a closed system. Stuff like the trailer to speculate on the trailer the other hand are just a calculated tease.

Yeah that looks interesting.. so maybe Freddy doesn't need to put survivors to sleep to hit them anymore.
Maybe the pulling in the Dreamworld has more serious consequences to the survivor in that they can't interact with certain objects?

i just rewatched it and i think the first person he hit was actually not asleep.
its hard to tell though, as the blood makes it hard to spot the dreamworld circle...
maybe his power is now a secondary power used to slow the game down? and maybe you can activate the aura reading on a timer (power bar) now and it needs to recharge? therefore you can attack while outside the dreamworld?

Power bars make me skeptical now not gonna lie the last killer with one of those was legion i love playing freddy just p2'd him today but this worries me.

Shes still bad though. Either way this is a cause of worry seeing freddy have a power bar i wouldnt get hopes up we know what happens to power bar killers they either are busted and get nerfed into the ground or they become lame we'll see though.

That has nothing to do with them simply having a power bar, though. Their powers are weaker for other reasons.

Micheal is different he stalks for his power spirit plague and legion have a countdown to use theirs you cant really compare micheal to those 3 its a power bar but its does a completely different thing.
I can also tell you now that power bar is like spirit plague and legions its legit the same bar.

Maybe his bar is based on Fear.. so when he hits someone and chases them.. they get scared and charge up his power...
Just depends what his power is now...
Maybe a one shot?.. maybe allows him to bring a survivor into the dreamworld and one shot them.

I doubt its a one shot it would look like ghostfaces and micheals also the problem is he needs something to help him in chase and i fear he has not gotten that it looks like they focused on removing the "unfun" things and forgot to actually fix his power i could be wrong but from that slight clip hes not looking so hot even if he can hit in reality which we dont know for a fact is true it could just be he is able to be seen while carrying people.

They wouldnt give freddy a instant down you should look at how micheal gains stalk and how ghostface gains stalk in the leaked files im telling you it wont happen they wont give a killer with a spirit like power bar a instant down could you imagine he would be nerfed into oblivion again.

An interesting idea introduced in the 2010 Nightmare was the concept of micro naps and being so tired once you fell asleep you couldn't wake back up. Maybe that's the Freddy rework?
Each Survivor has a "exhaustion meter" slowly build up over the game from interaction with Freddy's power. Example, Claudette at the start of the game is put to sleep in the current manner (7 seconds). Using SC she wakes up, only to be put to sleep again, this time it taking shorter time to fall asleep (5 seconds). The tier will also influence skill checks, with odds of getting them less and less until the Survivor reaches the final tier where they are instantly put to sleep and they get no skill checks anywhere, meaning the only way to wake back up is by another Survivor.

There is one thing that we can almost be 100% certain about, Freddy is no longer invisible. They stated that his invisibility was one of the most complained about issues. As for the rest, it looks very interesting. Sort of a hybrid of what he currently is, and a Daylighter.

The first part above shows Freddie looking around in the dream world (with a fully charged cool down timer)
The second part of this is from the Survivors perspective where FREDDY HAS COME OUT INTO THE REAL WORLD
Clearly his ability has something to do with being able to transition in and out of the dream and real world.

Better then what he currently has, he is the worst killer in the game, coming from a Freddy main. Besides, we still don't what the power will be. I'm staying optimistic.
