Consider that not only the adults are playing the game. Game is PEGI 18 so what? Kids can easily play too. It's not only DbD but any other game. Everyone can tell that he's 18

PEGI 3 - 'its family friendly, buy it!'

PEGI 18 - 'you can buy it, but it's agressive, choose'
