Fan Chaper: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (BHVR pls)
Please don't take this seriously. Its more of a meme than anything. Spoilers for JJBA Phantom Blood and Stardust Crusaders.
New Killer: The Vampire
Name: Dio Brando
Backstory: A boy who grew up with a dead mother and an abusive father in the 1800s. His life was changed after his father died, who had a debt to to the Joestar family. This debt stemmed from a grave-robbing that Jorge Joestar mistook as him saving his life. Therefore, Dio was sent to live with the Joestars. After terrorizing Jorge's son, Jonathan, in an attempt to be the sole heir to the family's fortune, Dio discovered a strange stone mask. When blood is poured on this mask, it creates a vampire. After a desperate attempt to poison Jorge, foiled by Jonathan, Dio used this mask to make himself a vampire. After an ensuing battle between the two brothers, Jonathan remained victorious, reducing Dio to nothing more than a head. However, Dio still lived. On his honeymoon trip to America, on the Atlantic, Dio returned and killed Jonathan on a burning ship. Dio, now going by DIO, dropping his last name, survived in a coffin at the bottom of the ocean. He returned 100 years later, in 1989, moving to a mansion in Cairo, Egypt. It was here he gained his Stand, The World, with the ability to stop time for 5 seconds.
Ability: The World!
The Killer comes with 2 modes. Stand Mode and Vampire Mode. Switch modes with Mouse2 button. Takes a 3 second channel to switch.
Vampire Mode: Gains 120% movement speed, all survivor's auras are revealed within 15 meters. Scratch marks are not visible in this mode. Can hit survivors, but no lunge attacks.
Stand Mode: 105% movement speed, but gains the Time Stop ability. After a 3 second charge channel (obviously shouting his iconic 'Za Warudo! Toki wo tomare!', all survivor's movements stop for 5 seconds. While this is active, the Killer moves at 115% movement speed. Any damage that will put survivors into the dying state is replaced by the Deep Wounds status. However, any survivors hit suffering from the Deep Wounds status will go down. No hit cooldown in this period, and can hit multiple survivors. 15 second cooldown.
Perks:
Hex: Useless! Useless! Useless!
Every failed skillcheck will result in the survivor getting injured.

Hex: Wheels of Time
Spawns in 2 trapped totems. When one totem is broken, all actions performed by the survivors will regress the bar for 90 seconds. If the bar goes below 0% on an injured survivor, they will be put into the dying state. If the bar goes below 0% on a dying survivor, their aura along with the person healing them will be revealed. Survivors will not be given a notification for when this status effect comes into place.

Hex: Vampire Blood
Start the trial with 1 token. Each time a survivor is sacrificed, you gain a token. Each token gives a 10%/15%/20% increase to all actions.

Lemme say if this was a thing I would lose to this killer every time. If I hear Dio doing his "MUDA MUDA" in the distance I would die of laughter every time 😂 He is such a meme
