Legion needs help

Legion is a unique character and deserves attention, he has a gameplay different from the others and I love playing with him, but it has been quite frustrating.

List of very wrong things with it:

- 4s Stun

- Missing hit resets Feral Frenzy

- Can not use when you want

- Duration is short without addon

- addons do not make much sense

    For now its okay he needs to be like this until other killer needs buff first like the clown, plague, trapper etc hes rework came out not long time ago and ppk still want him to get buff but for me he dosent need the buff that you want the only problem on him its hes speed while vaulting and thats it

    • Counterplay (shouldnt fully reset)
    • ...Counterplay again (if the above still fully resets we should be able do start at 50%)
    • 10 seconds? The best duration add-on is 2,5 seconds more.
    • Add-ons make sense they are just weak (Frank's, DW Study, Pins)
