What are you excited to see?
I'm excited to see the Freddy rework from the dev stream. Ghostface isn't as interesting to me, his power (from what we've seen) seems pretty straightforward. I think he'll still be fun to play, Freddy on the other hand, the rework is something I've been waiting to see since it was announced. What does everyone else want to see?

Yeah, Mom's been frustrating, I've mostly been playing new Legion instead of other killers though, so I haven't dealt with it for a while

I'm looking forward to Ghostface, Freddy Rework and...the "Battle pass" new things to level up sounds fun.

The "Cries" and "Drama" the devs mentioned. I have a suspicion that's referring to upcoming nerfs to Nurse, Billy, MoM, and NOED, as well as a plan for getting the DC epidemic under control (the top complained about things). Gonna have my popcorn ready and watch Reddit and these forums for days afterwards.

If your suspicions are correct, many killer and survivor mains would be angry. I couldn't care less, although I feel like it's more likely nurse and billy's addons would be nerfed and not the killers themselves. These forums and reddit will be fun to see

Being like oh man we've all grown together and been through so much these last few years we all love eachother hugs and kisses all around.
That kind of crying/drama thing. It is an anniversary event after all.

I'm most excited to see the "Map Reworks" they mentioned. It's a major issue in the game.

I'm really excited for the Freddy rework, MoM nerf, and anything that wasn't leaked. We've had two characters leaked: Ash and Ghostface, I really want to see something new.
Edit: And Pig buffs! Poor piggy feels under powered at the moment. Buff her dash by delaying the roar and make the RNG in the trap boxes better. Also her crouch POV feels too low, all I see is green when I play pig in the red forest.

I don't think I've played against a single MoM, yet, but I can see how brutal that would be to face for most killers. It's basically a DS that wastes less time, since you aren't stunned immediately.

Not likely that they would nerf nurse or billy one of them actually said they have no plans to but that can change so take that with a grain of salt. The cries and Drama might be hinting at someone leaving the team or something.

Im looking forward to Freddy rework and MoM nerf.
What I hope to see is map balance. Infinite works and Wretched Shop are still not fun to play with the BS window(s) in map building.

Definitely Ghostface, followed by the Freddy rework, and anything else new that we haven't seen or heard about yet in leaks or otherwise .

Ghostface, my gamble on dedicated servers, and the many fixes that will be implemented as well.
Can't wait.
(Also the Pig and Tapp cosmetics, I can finally use my auric cells from that screenshot contest towards something...)

@Poweas I'm curious as to how the power bar from the trailer works and what it's for. My friend read somewhere that someone theorized he could come out of the dreamworld for short periods of time, that'd be cool. Obviously the dreamworld is still a thing though

MoM doesn't need nerfed. It's fine the way it is. Just a bunch of crying fools in here wanting something changed because they don't "like" it. That doesn't mean it needs nerfed.
MoM is annoying, but hey, they heal after using it... I see where they are... and with a killer that does one shots, it doesn't even count. I really think it's fine. Crying isn't contagious. It isn't.
Freddy didn't need to be reworked. He simply needed to negate self care wake ups... and needed a slight buff to a few add ons. And reduce his default 7 seconds dream transition to 6. That would make him pretty viable right there.

Dude, I made this thread to see what everyone is excited about, not to discuss changes decided by the devs. But since you brought up "MoM doesn't need to be nerfed", explain the difference between MoM and pre-2.6 DS. Sure, not all killers are affected, but it's low risk, high reward and punishes the killer for doing the objective

In order of my personal hopes and wants:
Freddy rework, certain map rework priorities, low- and mid-tier killer power buffs and/or QoL adjustments, certain perk reworks, dedicated server release and/or stricter DC punishment implementation, BP grind rework.

Something to reduce the grind would be great, I created an alternate account for streaming and the grind is annoying, especially since I don't have much time to play in the first place. Some killer buffs/QoL changes would be nice too
