Will players who lost their legacy to save file loss ever get it back?

I lost my savefile back in October of 2017 and along with it, I lost my Legacy Prestige 2 Dwight. I got compensated for the save file loss with around 15 million bloodpoints, but never got my Legacy back.

I tried sending an email after getting my bloodpoints with proof of me having Legacy (achievement dates, screenshots, ect.) but they said something along the lines of "we will not be giving Legacy back to those who have lost their saves".

It's been a year since then and, with the third year anniversary approaching, I wanted to ask if there would ever be any opportunity for people like me who lost their Legacy Prestiges to get it back. Even if it got me tunneled and camped a lot when I wore it, I still miss my shiny Dwight

Ask them about your legacy skin and it being lost

From what i've heard they use to take save files but with people abusing that function they no longer accept past save files and because of that they wont give you legacy back but if you can prove to them that you had it by submitting a ticket they will give you compensation but you gotta go through with a ticket though.

It does. Really sucks to have something you grinded for taken away with no way to get it back.

No one has ever gotten it back.

@not_Queen promised that the issue would be addressed. But ofc in BHVR fashion, they neglect the problem that people RIGHTFULLY earned.
