Remove hook aura when you're close

So the point of the aura everyone sees when someone is hooked is to know where exactly they're hooked. But this shows up even when you're close enough to see perfectly, it kinda messes me up and I can't see the killer, I've gotten hit so many times because of this.


To explain what I mean.

The screenshot isn't perfect but it happened many times where I was even closer and had a perfect view of the hook. What if they make it so you see it only when you're certain distance away.

But maybe I'm wrong and this is intentional?

    Its intentional they already reduced the bubble time in half since EGC and you can see the aura of the hook if it is behind a wall to give survivors clarification where they are so I doubt they will do anything with the aura of the hook anymore

    Oh my God, yes!

    I can't tell where the killer is going while I'm so close. I don't understand why they can't increase the meters of the bubble before it shows.

    It's intentional, they already adjusted it so the bubble only lasts 4 seconds. Devs have stated outright that the bubble is there to get in the way of your vision and make it harder to tell where the killer is going. In other words, learn to wait for a few seconds before you make your move.
