    You know that BBQ & Chilli is the one perk that was only available twice last year in quick succession and then no more in the shrine, while other perks were 3-4 times available. I think this is a bug or intentional by the devs because it's the only reason to buy leatherface DLC really ...

    Just buy Leatherface ;) He and his Perks are worth that Money :)
