The report form that was on the google docs was amazing and I'm not sure why it was taken down, that being said, I would really enjoy a report system that actually took action.
I just ran into a hacker, have it all clipped and highlighted. The hacker in the end game lobby laughed and said "Everyone says I'll get banned" when the players said "ez ban". Some streamers are able to contact a mod or staff in the Dead by Daylight discord to report, but that's apparently not a commodity that's available to everyone.
