Why?

Why did you do this Devs why is this killer litterly useless against survivors that turn around? He is litterly Spinechill, you get notified when a survivor looks at you (and the notification that tells you from where you have been seen only work like 10% of the time) why are litterly all liscensed Killers after Myers so dissapointing? I really liked the concept of a new stalker and then he is completely destroyed by one really dumb "mechanic" in my eyes this has to go completely or it needs to give you a proper notification and reaction time

You don't really need to test him for that long if you play with him several games you will see that his ability is flawed because of the cancel on being spotted. Survivors have a 180° FOV, the ability gets cancelled when a survivor goes over you (with a pretty wide range somewhere on the middle of the screen) and that allready happens after 1 second, your ability will also be instantly cancelled if you get spotted while activating, stalking is useless if the survivor has half a brain, Detection perks work against him, his stalk becomes unavailable if you have been spotted, crouching feels pointless because it only offers use during stealth mode, he has barely any power during a chase which is why he needs to get the drop on the survivors which is hard if your ability gets cancelled every 2 seconds. leaning only works on specific parts of the wall which makes it feel weird, his perk "I'm all ears" has a far to long cooldown for such a neiche effect and several more reasons all relating to being spotted
