Any Ideas for High Risk/Reward perks for both killer and survivor?

One I could think of is when hiding in locker reveal the killers aura when he is within 12 meters to all suvivors. Survivor noises are considerably more discernible.(heavy breathing 75% louder than usual.)

    Every Hex perk is high risk medium reward

    What if there was a hex perk which takes one health state off of every survivor when it's destroyed.
