Possible Generator Change-Opinions?
Obviously, as the game is now, there is a lot of hot debate around "gen-rushing". There's a wide consensus that there needs to be more mechanics in the game to slow down generator progress outside of Hex: Ruin.
What if when a survivor is not actively working on a generator for a certain period of time it begins to regress?
Not at the same speed as when a killer kicks it, but perhaps at 50% of that speed, up to possibly 75% of that speed
While it would give survivors an incentive to commit to a generator, there are numerous situations where if the killer is applying pressure on generators well there are multiple survivors, generally at least 2, participating in the hooking/unhooking process, healing, cleansing totems, etc.
If the killer kicks the gen in this scenario it increases the regression speed to what it is now after they've kicked it, giving them an incentive to kick them when they choose to. Possibly we could change their kick regression to have a higher natural speed than what it has now, say 125% to 150%?
As a survivor I personally wouldn't mind a change like this. I'm willing to sacrifice generator progress in favor of balancing the game for killers that tend towards the weaker side in the map pressure area (Clown, Doctor, Trapper).
And yes, while it would wide the gap between killers when looking at stronger killers with greater map pressure (looking at you Billy and Nurse), it could promote some more variety in killer choice as well as in survivor choice of what actions to take when. Don't forget that immersive gameplay can still work against these stronger killers. Keep tapping the gen and hiding while they search for you instead of engaging in a potentially futile chase.
It's a thought at least and I've only spent like, 15min on it.

Yup I like that if u forget about a gen for Z minutes or more is regressing with X value% and Y time value to be balanced

I fail to see where in your suggestion that this would happen. One of the biggest reasons why many killers are weaker is because of their lack of map pressure.
Like you said, this suggestion would widen the gap between powerful killers with map pressure and weak killers without. So I don't understand what makes you think it would diversify killer choices when it makes no difference for weak killers. If anything, this simply makes Nurse and Billy more oppressive.
Furthermore, this doesn't improve gameplay on either side whatsoever. For survivors, the optimal strategy will be just sit there and not let go of a gen, otherwise risk having to sit there and M1 even longer. For killers... there are virtually no gameplay changes, except that you may not have to kick gens as much. Not exactly riveting.
