His power is good. But super super weak vs SWF. Because anyone spotting you, pulls you out of stealth.
Instead, being spotted, should prevent you from stalking that person, but allow you to stalk the person working on the generator next to them. Think of it like that scene from a slasher, where someone see's the killer, but can't voice it because of fear, mouthful of soda, whatever.
That simple change will make him much more playable. As it is, the designated distractor used by most swf will prevent GF from doing ghost stuff.
