I just pipped and it took 3 pips away what is going on

If killer leaves at start you lose at least 1 pip

Should be fixed since 2 years ago, surprised this havent been fixed yet

game was over it awarded me 1 pip then when i exited to main menu it removed 3 pips it hasnt happened since but it was annoying
