Lower Degree Cone of Premonition

Although it is not a highly used perk, I feel like it could benefit with a decrease in degree cone. Currently the range is too wide to determine an exact position, just a general direction. The perk might see more play if a survivor is able to narrow down the direction the killer is coming from and give a little more info. Just my 2¢.

    Not gonna lie, thought this was calling for a nerf to a bad perk at first.

    I think that also cooldown could be shorter...
