Slight generator rework for survivors

One thing that has been an issue with killer/survivor balance is the fact that killers take around 2 seconds to regress a generator, but survivors can instantly tap it to stop the regression. I have two possible ways to fix this.

  1. Stopping generator regression has its own separate action that takes about two seconds to do (same time as killer regression action). I'm not sure what the animation would look like though, but I was thinking it could be the survivor shaking the generator to settle everything back into place. Also, only one survivor can do this at a time, and other survivors cannot do the generator while it is being reset.

  2. Survivors are temporarily locked into doing a generator if they begin repairing it for a certain amount of time. This helps combat the issue of survivors gen-tapping through ruin or stopping regression mid-chase.

If you guys have any suggestions, leave them in the chat, I wanna hear what you guys think of this!

I really like the first suggestion, possibly a 2-5 second animation to stop the regression would be nice.

The second one is a no-go, I'm sorry. This would become too powerful as Killers would easily be able to grab survivors off the generator.

Same here. I'd say make it a 5 second animation or 4 seconds for balance, so it would be punishing to do it near the Killer. And, if you're in SWF, you'd need communication to determine if the Killer's coming, and if it's safe.

Part one seems good, it helps the killer wasting the time for a gen kick without pop goes the weasel and/or overcharge

I like the first suggestion, this are the minor changes that can be contributed to the game for a greater good.
