GhostFace - Power Re-work idea
Ghostface is pretty disappointing and underwhelming, to say the least, his power just seems like a mash-up of the Pigs and Myers but just came out all wrong.
So I've been thinking about how they could improve or change his power. And honestly, I think they should just scrap it and start over.
So I've thought of a new idea for Ghostface's Power (With this idea generally I think they should bring back his flip phone mori because that was way better than the digital camera they are using now.)
New Power: "Look Behind You" (Could be something else but)
Ghostface pulls out his phone and starts To call nearby Survivors Within a certain radius (I'm still not sure if it should be a single survivor or all survivors with this Radius, or what the radius should be)
For the next 9 or 6 seconds, the Survivors phones will "Ring" but only in 3 intervals, each time the phone rings Ghostface will see the survivors aura at the point of where it rang (Does not follow the survivor only shows the point where it first rung).
If instead the survivors decide to answer the phone (To answer the phone the players will have to stop any actions they are currently doing to answer it, but they can, however, answer it while moving, more of a progression bar that fills up after 1.5 seconds than a Skill check), They instead will be affected for 15-20 seconds by a new status Called "Paranoia" Where the survivors will hallucinate a clone of Ghostface that walks around as if its looking for the survivor and can sometimes take a swipe at the survivor (Does no damage, just to scare them), Also the clone cannot appear the same time the survivor sees the real Ghostface so if the real Ghostface pops out at the same time the fake one is on their screen, the fake one just disappears, But can reappear if still affected and can no longer see the real Ghostface.
Answering the phone call will also prompt a Voice line saying "Look Behind You".
This is kinda what i imagine would be a cool interesting idea for his power instead and the flip phone mori would make a lot of sense with this also. And instead of similar powers, at least this would be a newer thing to see in the game.
I do also think that he should keep his crouch and it should lower his terror radius when using it so he can keep some stealth elements, also have a lower terror radius in general compared to other killers to help out with the spookyness
I’m not sure if this is really close to how Scream is in the movies, but I just felt like at least this isn’t really just a Re-Hash of powers and it’s something new and different.

Too "Screamy". If they implement that, the devs will have to face something dreader than the Entity in its true form lose in our realm....Miramax's lawyers!!!! O.O

Can't do scream cause original character ghost face. Can't you see the space in words there making it solely original.
