Ghost Face in stealth mode emits noise. In stealth mode, emit noises to firing. Remove noise from stealth mode.
Head On needed a f*cking 3 seconds and 40 seconds of exhaust to prevent the normal use of the perk. Remove the wait time or shorten it to 1.5 seconds.
