Last post got swallowed into the void for some reason and never appeared.

Name: The Prisoner

Main Weapon: None (uses fists) OR Prison Shiv

Killer power: Victor’s Vengeance

The anger of his past life fills him with a deadly rage”

Victor’s Vengeance is The Prisoner’s main ability, allowing him to negate and disable the survivors abilities.

Once charged, activating the ability puts Victor into a deadly rage, increasing his speed and tolerance.

While in a rage:

* The Prisoner can lunge considerably further, losing 10% of his power gauge when a lunge attack completes

* Stun time is reduced by 15% when stunned while lunging, 10% otherwise. Lose 15% of the power gauge when stunned.

* Can vault 25% faster, reducing the power gauge by 10% when vaulting

* If a player would be hit through or in a window, they will be grabbed instead (does not remove a health state), empties the entire power gauge

* Being stunned in other ways will drain the power gauge by 25%

* Survivors in an 8 meter radius will have their aura shown unless in a locker

While out of a rage:

* The Prisoner moves 5% slower

* The Prisoner cannot make any grabs

* The prisoner moves slower transporting a survivor

You recover the ability 1.2x faster whilst in a chase.

Details not in description:

* Ability does not drain while in use, only by the abilities own effects draining it.

* Ability does not recover while in use.

* Once started it cannot be cancelled until it runs out of power.

* Ability takes 40 seconds to recover.

Addons:

Ultra Rare:

Police Baton – The Baton of the officer who had almost killed him. It’s mere presence fills The Prisoner with rage. Increases the power bar’s maximum by 150%.

Makeshift weapon – A lightweight but dangerous weapon of The Prisoner’s own design, made from materials found all over the prison. After vaulting a window, any survivors within an 8 meter radius will suffer from the exposed effect for 30 seconds.

Very Rare:

Broken Taser – A taser that The Prisoner broke after hitting the person handling it. After being stunned, gain a 10% interaction speed bonus and a 5% movement bonus for 10 seconds

Jackson’s Shiv – A shiv stolen from the dead body of Jackson, a prisoner that died to The Prisoner’s hands. It’s dirty and bloody. When hitting a survivor in a rage, inflict them with the deep wound status effect and mangled.

Bent Tray – A tray bent during a scuffle with the Prisoner at it’s centre. It’s presence fills him with rage at his failure. When stunned by a pallet, lose only 5% of the power gauge, instead of 15%

Police Uniform – The uniform of an officer, it’s existence fills him with a rage. Increase the power bars maximum by 100%.

Perks:

Brutality – After hitting a survivor, for the next 10/15/20 seconds, breaking a pallet or damaging a generator take 30/40/50% less time.

“Once he hits you, just once, he knows you won’t get far.” -Jackson Grant

Bloodied hands – You become obsessed with one survivor. When a survivor takes a protection hit while you are chasing your obsession, you recover your attack 20/30/40% faster. Else, both the survivor you are chasing and the one that took the hit is exposed for 10 seconds. The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

“No-one gets in his way of his target. If you do, he won’t mind breaking your neck.” -Unknown prisoner

Raid – Once per trial, once the exit gates are powered, when in a chase this perk triggers. You gain a 5/7.5/10% speed increase and all survivors suffer from exposed until you either lose the chase or down a survivor.

“He’ll hold his grudge for months, even years, but he’ll always strike even.” -Unknown Prisoner

This is the most resilient Killer I've ever seen, his entire kit is based around ignoring everything Survivors can throw at him but those same things are still a counter in some way. He might be too powerful in some areas but overall he looks incredibly balanced in what he can do and what he can't do.

My few critiques go to his perk Brutality, it's like Brutal Strength but it has a prerequisite and that same prerequisite makes him leave the chase to use his ability. You'd be better off using Brutal Strength because you'd use it more often since you don't need to hit someone beforehand.

Bloodied Hands kind of confuses me, I get the first part of the perk and it's very situational but I don't understand how the second part activates. You need to hit someone else while in a chase with your Obsession to get the recovery speed, got it. But how do you get the Exposed status?

I really like Raid, it has everything everyone loves about NOED but it's structured and doesn't go overboard. I can see people choosing this over NOED but I can also see people going back and forth, maybe use both. 10% is high but PWYF has a max of 15% and this is still 1 hit period so it's well it's balanced.

Overall this is a really good Killer, this is definitely the brutal hardcore raw Killer I've been wanting in the game. I wouldn't play him often as that's not myself of gameplay lol but he's really cool and I love the prison theme, it all goes together.

Brutality is meant to be stronger then brutal strength, at the exchange of needing to hit a survivor. I may have forgotten Brutal Strength's numbers and done the wrong values. It would stack, however.

Bloodied hands' second effect triggers when the person you're chasing is not the obsession, giving you a chance to chase the survivor taking the hit and down them, or use their altruism to land a 1 hit down on your original chase. Basically, it punishes protection hits, while giving it a synergy with Rancor in the end game by allowing you to recover faster and continue going for your obsession. It can also have other synergies with perks that require you to remove your obsession in some way.

They might see this but i doubt it will be like this if they do add your idea to the game
