@devs regarding Legion

So you want us to run around tagging a bunch of people with his power, instead of using it to down people. Thats cool, I get that. Can you at least make it useful outside of downing survivors?

One thing I'm consistently noticing with new legion is this: If you get close enough to a group to tag someone, everyone else runs in complete opposite directions. This makes tagging multiple people a pain at best, and impossible at worse. I can't count the number of people that use sprint burst to get away from legion as soon as he pops his power.

Unless my math is wrong, sprint burst offers 6.0 m/s. Combine that with the fact that everyone splits up as soon as legion shows up, If even one person is running it, good luck ever tagging multiple people. And lets be honest, sprint burst is one of the more used perks.

Solution:

The obvious solution would be to revert legions frenzy speed to old speeds with the new duration. His power is nothing but a time waster right now anyway, so it can't really hurt.

Alternative solution: Current Frenzy Speed is 5.0 m/s

Since Legion is all about the rush of stabbing multiple people, while in FF give him a stacking MS bonus for each survivor hit. This bonus would be lost at the end of FF.

The MS bonus would apply to vaulting pallets and windows as well. He could start at 5.0, then get + 0.1 or + 0.2 per survivor hit.

Yea, 5.4/6/8 looks like a lot, but when you consider the amount of time each survivor has to run while you're going after the first 1 or 2, it still gives them plenty of time to get away.

Second, no one wants to look at the ground for 4 seconds while they're fatigued, so I suggest a 1.3 second stun at the end. When you math speeds out for how far you can travel while fatigued vs how far survivors can get, a 1.3 second stun gives the exact same numbers as a 4 second slow down.

I think these two changes would go a long way towards making legion a realistic threat again, without having to deal with the exploits from before.
